All food is baked fresh on the premises on the day of your booking. You will sense a true ‘’home baked’’ country flair to all the meals with generous servings and variety, all served buffet style. We are very conscious of the role we play in Carbon Footprints, which is the measure of the impact human activities have on the environment in terms of the amount of greenhouse gases produced. We are pleased to say we are doing our part with the selection and preparation of food, which when managed poorly is a major contributing factor. By buying local and growing our own the Carbon Footprint Factor of our catering is extremely low... in fact a large portion of the food you will eat originates just 20 paces from the table. Times for serving are to be pre arranged. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and allergy requests must be stipulated at the time of booking but as you will see the choices will accommodate most preferences.
